Over the years Arts-Ed has conducted training for the teachers and educators to include innovative teaching practices in the class-room setting. These include practices like project-based learning, multiple intelligence and experiential learning.

EIU Training Workshop for Korean Teachers 2014
This training workshop was held in George Town, Penang to help selected Korean teachers to understand multi-culturalism from various perspectives, as ‘teacher-researchers’ and an exercise for teachers to experience "Project Based Learning" as a teaching method they can apply to school setting.

Creative Classroom Teaching using Multiple Intelligences (2008)
Training in simple creative teaching/learning tools using the multiple intelligences approach for trainee teachers and teachers in elementary and high schools in Penang to adopt multiples intelligences in teaching.

Southeast Asian Theatre and Community Culture Knowledge Exchange – Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia (2007)

Seeing with Young Eyes - UNESCO Third Sub-Regional South-East Asian Teacher Training(2006)
Its purpose was to introduce heritage education into the school curriculum and provide teachers and educators with implementation tools and methods.
