Penang Heritage Idol (2004)

Penang Heritage Idol involved a selection of teenage participants from several schools in Penang who worked in teams over a period of 8 months to track, interview and document the works of 3 artists considered as ‘living heritage’: a national poet, a batik artist and a cane weaver. Participants produced a digital video and website depicting the history, personal inspirations, work process and artworks of the 3 artists.
