About Campaign
“Long Feng (Dragon and Phoenix)” campaign focuses on one of the jewellery pieces in Chinese wedding culture which is the Dragon and Phoenix Bangle where we aim to raise awareness among the young generation and guide them to learn more about the hidden meaning or value behind the Dragon and Phoenix Bangle in Chinese wedding culture. It is also an opportunity to investigate the more explicit figuration image/ information of the Dragon and Phoenix Bangle to make it a familiar sense of understanding among the youth generation.
Through this campaign, we have shared our findings and understandings about the Dragon and Phoenix Bangle with a few design outcomes like infographic posts, 2D video animation and interactive quiz mainly via, Instagram platform. We have also come out with some merchandises as a way to create awareness among people, especially the youths about the value and heritage that the Dragon and Phoenix Bangle carries throughout the years.
As much as it is important to continue the tradition of wearing jewellery in a wedding culture, it is equally crucial for us to know and value the meaning behind it.
